Landforms

Denizli has mixed landforms. Low and high meadows, plateaus and mountains. The city is high above sea level. The lowest part of the city is Sarayköy, with around 170 m above sea level. Denizli is above sea level by 428m, Buldan by 609m, Güney by 800m, Çal and Çardak by 850m, Acıpayam and Tavas by 950m, Çivril by 975m, Kale by 1000m, Çameli by 1359m.

Lower districts are Böceli, Goncalı, Sarayköy, Denizli meadows and Büyük Menderes valley.
Denizli city center is on the foothill of Mountain Karcı.
