Beyağaç Memorial Larch Forests

National Forest / Nature Park / Nature Conservation Area / Wildlife Conservation Area Between 1700 and 2000 altitudes, for the average age of 750 individuals (for those whose age determination) spread over the north slopes of the Çiçekbaba summit (for age determination), the "FOREST" 79 hectares of this region have been taken under protection as "Kartalgölü Nature Conservation Area". In 1995, the "Çiçekbaba" summit covering this area and 1309 hectares of its surroundings, Ministry of Culture Izmir No. 2 Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board The 1st DEGREE NATURAL and ARCHEOLOGICAL SITE AREA has been declared. The distance to this district is 27 km.
Located on the summit of Sandıraz Mountain and a crater lake, Kartal lake is flooded with a visitor that can be considered important with its unique beauty and surrounding monumental trees.
Every year, on the last Thursday of August, Eren festivities are held in Kartal lake and all the townspeople come to Kartal lake and participate in this traditional festival.
