DENİZLİ - TELEFERİK - BAĞBAŞI HIGHLAND

The beautiful and magnificent highland of Bağbaşı Olive Plateau, which is 1400 meters above the city forest of Bağbaşı, is reached by the cable car line of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, consisting of 8 people and 24 cabins with a length of 1500 meters.There is a cafeteria at the top station of the cable car and a restaurant, cafeteria, picnic areas, tent areas for those who want to stay and wooden bungalows and rooms in the plateau at a distance of 1700 m.

YATAĞAN KEFE PLATEAU

Yatağan is one of the first settlements of Turkish Oghuz tribe. Kefe Plateau is 5 km away from Yatağan. It is on the roads which link some villages of Yatağan and Honaz. Black Pine, Turkish pine, juniper trees are found on it. Its height is 1100m. Its infrastructure is complete, electricity, water, tents, restaurants, markets, and playfields are available. It attracts tourists since 2000.
In Kefe Plateau, activities take place every year in August. Although it is away from the main roads, it attracts a lot of people due to its clean environment. Yatağan town has the important skill of knife-making. The activities in August help improve this skill of the city.

BEYAĞAÇ TOPUKLU PLATEAU: 

It is a partially undulating plateau around 15 hectares. The majestic trees around it are famous for its open, fresh and quality drinking water resources. It is suitable for daily picnics and tent camping.

It is 20 km from the city center. It is about 1700 km high. It is very pleasant to observe the Gökova gulf from the hills on the west side of the plateau and the sunset in the summer months. Solar energy illuminates the bay.

In Topuklu  Plateau, which can host large organizations; there are restaurants, bakers, tandır wells and trout pools. Also, turf football and volleyball fields have been open for service in the past years. The infrastructure works on the plateau have been complete. There are fountains, showers,  toilets and other facilities. There are places for large organizations. A children's park is available, and there is a chance to spend the night in the wooden tent. The total number of beds in the plateau is 70. Two football teams can camp at the same time thanks to the common facility and size of the area covered by the plateau.

The facilities are highly appreciated. Also, road construction of the village is taken into the program. Part of the road is stabilized. Reaching the Plateau via Beyağaç district is possible. Festivals are held in Topuklu Plateau every year in June. In these organizations, there are oil wrestling, folk concerts, and various shows.

Tasdelen Plateau:
It is 5 km to the town of Babadağ and 20 km to the town of Sarayköy. There is an ancient city called "Attuda" in Hisarköy. A 23 km road reaches Aphrodisias through the plateau. The plateau is rough. It is covered with pine-chestnut-walnut, etc. trees.

Süleymanlı Plateau:It is 8 km far from Buldan district by an asphalt road. It is a large flat area. It has a large lake, completely covered with reeds. There are 8-roomed hotels on the lake side for about 30 years and still in working condition. There are mountains, not too high, covered with pine trees.

Erikli Plateau: Honaz is 10 km away. It is a vast flat land surrounded completely by pine trees.

Lala Bağlar Plateau: Honaz province is 3 km away. The road is ground. There are no accommodation and infrastructure facilities. A pine forest surrounds it.

Karagöz Plateau: This plateau, where Kapuz Cave is located, is in the town of Çameli. There are abundant water resources in this plateau, which is also surrounded by pine trees.
