Denizli Tourism Workshop, which brought all tourism stakeholders in order to determine the problems and solutions in Denizli tourism within the scope of 2023 Tourism Master Plan, was held on March 5th, 2020 in Nihat Zeybekçi Congress and Cultural Center in the coordination of our Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism with the valuable contributions of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality and Pamukkale University.

Mr. Halil CANAVAR, Deputy Governor, Mr. Ali DEĞİRMENCİ, Deputy Mayor of Denizli Metropolitan Municipality, and Mr. Turhan Veli AKYOL, Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism, delivered their opening statements after a moment of silence for the souls of our martyrs and Turkish National Anthem.

Moderators of the workshop were Assoc. Prof. Murat BAYRAM and Asts. Prof. Semih ARICI from Pamukkale University, Faculty of Tourism. 9 different commissions discussed their respective issues and we obtained productive results from the Workshop with the participation of approximately 150 participants who are specialists and conducting studies in the field of culture and tourism from district municipalities, government agencies, NGOs, associations and social media content developers. We wish that these outcomes will be very beneficial and favorable for Denizli.
